**Job description
- Hub Incharge Profile**:
The Hub In-Charge will oversee the daily operations of the hub, ensuring efficient logistics, effective team management, and exceptional service delivery. This role is critical in maintaining operational standards, optimizing processes, and achieving organizational goals.
- Supervise day-to-day hub operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to optimize route efficiency.
- Lead, train, and develop hub staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to minimize discrepancies.
- Implement inventory management best practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Resolving issues related to deliveries and reverse items.
- Work closely with the hub team to meet daily operational goals.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Qualifications: Graduate
- Previous 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Require occasional overtime and weekend work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
