Active Directory Administrator 9 to 12 Years

Build solution to mitigate risk and increase efficiency.
- Contribute to the product system architecture, design, and deployment.
- Collaborate with IdAM operation/project teams, learn technology, policies for user support.
- Troubleshoot connectivity or infrastructure related functionality with service partners.
- You will be coordinating major and minor incidents with IdAM and key stakeholders.
- You will perform Microsoft Active Directory Risk Assessment Program (ADRAP) and ensure compliance per various company accepted standard.
- Adhere ITIL change management process and Use/create diagnostic, simulation and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service or data to systems.
- You will be ensuring AD server receives and if missed implementing software and security updates per established practices and Maintain, distribute reports to team leadership.
- Ensure all reported incidents in IdAM queue are resolved per agreed SLA and solution provided in compliance with security guidelines.
- Responsibilities include rotational, 24/7 on call support if applicable.
**Primary Skills**
- Windows 2016/2019 server administration and its various roles as DNS, DHCP and DFS.
- Should be good at Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, PKI, Smartcards and DNS.
- Automate solution for common requests or implement fixes to address their root causes.
- AD auditing, monitoring and backup tools.
**Secondary Skills**
- Help evaluate or review queries to extract data, create perform powershell scripting to fine tune deployed systems.
