- **Quality Control**: Inspect installations and repairs to ensure they meet specifications, industry standards, and building codes.
- **Safety Management**: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and proper use of protective equipment.
- **Technical Expertise**: Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, troubleshoot malfunctions, and provide solutions on-site.
- **Material Management**: Estimate material needs, order supplies, and manage inventory to support project requirements.
- **Budget and Records**: Maintain records of time, materials, and payroll; ensure budgetary guidelines are met.
- **Training and Development**: Train new workers, inform employees of new procedures, and stay updated on new plumbing technologies and codes.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other construction trades (electricians, carpenters) and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
