Key responsibilities include patient monitoring, accurate documentation, communication with patients and families, and emergency response. RMOs also manage daily hospital operations, oversee junior staff, ensure compliance with medical standards, and maintain hospital supplies and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities
- **Patient Care**:Deliver direct medical care, diagnose illnesses and injuries, and manage patient treatment plans.
- **Medical Procedures**:Perform necessary medical procedures and respond to medical emergencies.
- **Monitoring & Documentation**:Continuously monitor patient conditions, record medical histories, diagnoses, and treatments in electronic records.
- **Communication**:Effectively communicate with patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment plans.
- **Collaboration**:Work with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including nurses, specialists, and technicians, to ensure coordinated care.
- **Supervision**:Oversee interns, junior doctors, and other medical staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to protocols.
- **Hospital Operations**:Manage daily activities such as managing medical supplies, hospital linens, food hygiene, and waste disposal.
- **Shift Management**:Take responsibility for medical activities and continuity of care during their assigned shift.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- A valid medical license or registration to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Completion of a rotating internship or residency program with hands-on clinical experience.
- Strong clinical skills, sound medical knowledge, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
