The APM Technology will have to identify demands for technology skills, competency standards and qualifications required by mainly IT and digital skills required for other sectors and help design and train rural youth, which helps them get placed in the right career trajectory.

**Primary Responsibilities include**:

- Oversees the efficient and effective day-to-day operation and delivery of the programmes including effective delivery of the sessions by technical trainers, assessments, impact evaluation, volunteer mobilisation, communication, budgeting & finance.
- Curate curriculum for the technical course offering along with technical industry experts and identify content partners for the selected technical courses.
- Onboarding of the technical trainers.
- Formulation of instructional strategies and formative and summative problem statements and assessments to improve learning outcomes of students.
- Make regular field visits for periodic assessment of the overall program.
- Facilitate the Learning and Development programs for the technical trainers.

**Other Responsibilities include**:

- Build structures, systems to support the execution of the programmes in the best possible manner with a focus on continuous learning, improvement, and rapid growth.
- Collaborate with Academic Institutions, NGOs, corporates, funders, government & the community to increase the reach and impact of the program.
- Track, follow up and report on the timely implementation of the goals for the project
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and outcomes of mobilisation
- Ensure logístical aspects of the programme is managed effectively

**Preferred Education Qualification / Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years of training experience across various emerging technologies.
- Prior experience in project management and leading teams is preferred.
- Any Graduate.
