Knowledge of PDC molds, plastic molds, stamping dies, rollers etc. w.r.t. the criticality of polishing.
- ies/moldsConduct polishing of d and other tools. Correct defects.
- Mark cracks and splits.
- Prepare surface w.r.t. requirements of PVD coating.
- Polish the material according to the specifications.
- Select polishing media, buff wheels, etc. according to the materials and shape of the workpieces.
- Effective use of polishing equipment and abrasive material/media
- Transport, load or remove workpieces from worktables.
- Maintain or repair polishing equipments.
- Follow guidelines and templates wherever provided.
- Consults with Process Engineer and other operating personnel during polishing activity for any difficulties.
- Complete the polish of dies / molds in decided time limit to improve customer service.
- Keep clean equipment, worktables, and surrounding area.
- Follow company policies, regulations, and safety rules.
- Reports promptly & accurately to superior.
- Keep record of polished material.
- Perform any other task assigned from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹9,848.20 - ₹15,000.00 per month
