**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers through various sales strategies, including but not limited to direct sales, cold calling, and partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Bakul Fresh products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agri-tech or e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment.
