**Job Description: Graphic Designer & Video Editor**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging graphics and visuals for retail marketing campaigns, including social media creatives, banners, flyers, posters, and promotional materials.
- Edit and produce compelling videos, reels, advertisements, and promotional content tailored specifically to retail audiences.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to ensure visuals effectively communicate brand messaging and drive customer engagement.
- Stay updated with current trends in retail marketing, design aesthetics, and video storytelling techniques.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Basic VFX/GFX skills to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing dynamics, consumer psychology, and visual merchandising.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working with retail businesses or in the quick-commerce industry is highly desirable.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience creating graphics and videos specifically for retail promotions or product marketing campaigns.

Typography: A good understanding of typography principles especially for Indian audiences.

Color Theory: Knowledge of color theory and the ability to use color effectively in design for aesthetic impact about grocery-related products.

Communication Skills: The ability to understand AKB website/app/social media etc. requirements.

Time Management: Efficiently managing time and meeting project deadlines is crucial in a fast-paced design environment.

Digital and Print Knowledge: Understanding the requirements for both digital platforms and print media and tailoring designs accordingly.

Collaboration: The ability to work well in a team, especially when collaborating with other designers, writers, web designers, etc.

Market Awareness: Staying updated on design trends, Grocery industry standards, and appealing designs.

AI Knowledge: Must have expertise in Artificial Intelligence Tools for images, video, verbal, or other animated-related AI.
