Discussing medication options with patients and physicians to ensure that the best treatment plan is chosen
- Monitoring prescription drug costs and advising patients on how to lower costs while still using their medications safely
- Educating patients about their medications and treatment plans, including how to take medications properly and how to recognize side effects
- Explaining new medications or new uses for existing medications to patients, physicians, or other health care providers as needed
- Processing incoming prescriptions by reviewing them for accuracy and updating patient records
- Dispensing medications to patients in accordance with physician orders, including creating customized medication administration regimens based on patient needs
- Maintaining inventory of prescribed medications and other medical supplies and materials used in the practice of pharmacy
- Performing clinical testing on new drugs to determine their safety and efficacy
- Performing other duties related to the operation of a pharmacy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
