Education/ Formal Qualification B. Arch
Skills (Technical / Computer / Soft skills etc.) - Must have proficient knowledge of Auto CAD
- Must be proficient in MS word, excel, ppt
- An independent worker

- Good in communication, presentation deliverables and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and Experience (Total work experience and job related relevant experience) - Should have 7 to 10 years of work experience out of which last 3 to 4 years should have been in a similar position as Architect
- Should have extensive project design experience
- Must have handled complete project cycle (from start to end)
- Should have handled Residential, Mall & Retail or Hospitality Projects from inception till execution
- Hands on ability to implement management vision for Infrastructure designs
- Must have basic understanding of MEP services
- Must have handles site execution related inspections.
- Should have handled making BOQs for interior works and having basic knowledge of material rates as per industry standards.
Min Age 27-35 Years
Salary Upto 9 Lakhs

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding of architectural design or interior design requirements.
- Coordination with Internal Team & other Team Members of various verticals for successful execution of the project. Coordination with Legal, Design, Infrastructure, Marketing, Funding team for smooth flow of the projects.
- Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and various other agencies for effective execution of work.
- Bring great, fresh ideas to the team that are project appropriate.
- Develop hand sketches of architectural ideas that work in the space, make ppt presentations and meet intended design goals
- Produce concept boards of images for feedback and approval from the Heads/ Clients, which capture the intended look and attitude and that reflect the branding and positioning with architecture, colour, finish materials, and lighting.
- Preparing conceptual drawings, architectural presentations, working drawings, municipal drawings, and site execution whenever needed.
- Advise (internal & external clients) on details of the proposed construction, including impact on surrounding area, and keep informed of progress
- Maintain an awareness of developments in the field of architecture so that up-to-date and accurate advice can be given to clients (internal & external clients).
- Responsible for design & implement the entire process of Documentation, Proposals, Approvals for various projects
- Be comfortable stepping up and taking action when needs arise
- Maintain a strategic outlook, anticipate problem, weigh options and plan for execution with contingencies

Working conditions
- Would require traveling as per project requirements.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
- Design: 4 years (preferred)
- Design Architect: 4 years (preferred)
- Auto CAD: 1 year (preferred)
