**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**: Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels across all e-commerce platforms.
- **Website Optimization**: Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site functionality, user experience, and navigation to drive conversions.
- **Digital Marketing Coordination**: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and SEO strategies to increase traffic and sales.
- **Order and Inventory Management**:Monitor order processing and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery. Manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- **Customer Service Support**: Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior. Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategic decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years in an e-commerce role, with hands-on experience managing online stores and digital marketing campaigns.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), Google Analytics, SEO tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of PPC advertising and social media marketing strategies.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
