**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors.
- Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs.
- Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clientele.
- Getting well-written copy that is free from mistakes in coordination with Content Team
- Collaborating with Graphic Designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs.
- Maintaining a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence as well as maintain promotional databases to increase users
- Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign.
- Great knowledge of coding (HTML, CSS)
- Experience in direct marketing campaigns and conversions.
- Keen eye for design and possesses exceptional writing and grammar skills.
- Expert understanding of what topics and products customers are interested in consuming
- Can manipulate templates and graphics
- Ability to interpret key analytic trends into measurable trends and ability to A/B test campaigns with audiences
- Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
- Drive traffic to company pages, keep our users engaged and increase conversions via mail campaigns.

**Skills Required**:

- Degree in Marketing Management, Advertising, Communications, or similar with minimum 5+ years of experience.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Editing, Self-Motivated, Strong Leadership Skills, Team-Oriented, Goal-Oriented, Strong Attention to Detail.
- Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.
- Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software.
- Excellent project management skills specific to marketing.
- Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities.
- Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content.
- Drive, ingenuity, and gumption.
- Willingness to work extended hours to ensure that projects are completed, as needed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
