**Job Title**: Immuno/Markers Technician

**Location**: Panjarapol, Ahmedabad

**Department**: Laboratory - Markers Section

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Medical Lab Technology, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in a diagnostic or clinical laboratory.
- **Key Responsibilities:Testing & Analysis**:

- Perform and calculate Double, Triple, and Quadruple Marker tests accurately using specialized software.

**Machine Management**:

- Operate and maintain machines used in the Markers section (e.g., time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay analyzers).
- Conduct routine checks, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Maintain logs of machine performance, maintenance, and QC checks.

**Data Entry & Documentation**:

- Enter patient and test data into the Laboratory Information System (LIS) or designated software.
- Maintain organized records and reports for internal and external audits.
- Ensure all paperwork complies with laboratory quality standards and SOPs.

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Answer queries from the marketing/sales team regarding report status, test interpretations, or logistics.
- Coordinate with other departments and team members for smooth workflow and timely report dispatch.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of prenatal screening and marker tests.
- Proficient in using laboratory software and data entry systems.
- Ability to handle calls and provide clear, concise responses to marketing or client queries.
- Knowledge of lab protocols, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for lab equipment.
