**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Document technical specifications and project details.

**Qualifications**
- Must have strong experience in IICS.
- Should have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 9 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving skills.
- Should have a good understanding of software development life cycle.
- Must be proficient in code versioning tools.
- Should have experience in Agile methodologies.
- Nice to have experience in other ETL tools.
- Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Should have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Should have a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
