**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design creative concepts for various projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, websites, and product packaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create compelling and visually appealing graphics, layouts, and illustrations.
- Prepare and present design drafts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
- Ensure consistency and quality of design work across all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Work with printers, developers, and other vendors to ensure the final product meets specifications and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design work.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
- Familiarity with web design and development principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web design languages.
- Experience with photography and photo editing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
