Job Title: MIS/ Supporting Staff

Position: 2 Location: Himachal Pradesh

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as MIS/ Data Entry Operator in the entrepreneurship/ Skilling sector or a related field.

We are currently looking for MIS/ Supporting Staff to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:Collect, compile, and maintain accurate data from the field related to entrepreneurship and skill development programs.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular audits and data validation.Collaborate with Company and Samagra Shiksha to support their data needs and requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of MIS systems and databases.
- Provide support to Company and Samagra Shiksha in their day-to-day processes by offering relevant data and reports.
- Generate reports and dashboards to present key performance indicators and data trends.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues as they arise.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data collection procedures and tools.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MIS and data management.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shimla, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
