**Key Responsibilities**:
Order Fulfillment:

- Manage end-to-end order processing for e-commerce, quick commerce, and modern trade channels.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery to meet customer and channel SLAs.
- Inventory Management:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels across warehouses and sales channels.
- Utilize inventory management/supply portals such as Zoho, Unicommerce, or similar tools for efficient stock tracking and order processing.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to maintain stock availability.
- Vendor & Logistics Management:

- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping.
- Liaise with vendors for timely supply of materials and products.
- Channel Coordination:

- Act as a point of contact for e-commerce platforms, quick commerce partners, and modern trade stores for appointments, delivery and other related tasks.
- Address operational challenges and ensure smooth execution of channel-specific requirements.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Track key supply chain metrics (e.g., delivery time, stock turnover) and prepare reports.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement corrective actions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- MBA, Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations or supply chain management, preferably in a D2C or retail environment.
- Familiarity with sales channels like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and modern trade stores.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management/supply portals such as Zoho, Unicommerce, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Location: Okhla, Delhi

Pay: ₹30,361.37 - ₹40,795.04 per month
