**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach new clients such as builders, contractors, developers, and construction companies.

- Promote and sell bricks to meet or exceed sales targets.

*
- Conduct site visits and meetings to understand client requirements.

*
- Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

*
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

*
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment.

*
- Maintain daily records of customer calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

*

**Skills**
- Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass; a diploma or degree in sales, marketing, or civil engineering is a plus.

*
- 1-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction/building materials).

*
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

*
- Basic computer literacy and reporting skills.

*
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally.
