Virtueaze is an innovative real estate technology startup focused on creating **3D interactive software** to help real estate builders and agents present properties with a **fully immersive experience**. Our platform converts architectural plans into **interactive 3D models**, providing a seamless way to showcase real estate projects with features like **AI voice integration, local area mapping, and lighting conditions simulation**. We are looking for a talented **3D Modeler** to create high-quality 3D assets for our virtual environments.

As a **3D Modeler**, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and optimizing **3D assets** for real estate visualization. You will work closely with our development and design teams to ensure that models are visually appealing, optimized for real-time rendering, and enhance the overall immersive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create **high-quality 3D models** of architecture, furniture, and environments using **Blender or 3ds Max**.
- Optimize 3D assets for **real-time rendering and performance**.
- Develop detailed **textures and materials** to enhance realism.
- Work with the Unreal Engine team to integrate assets seamlessly.
- Maintain consistency in style and quality across all assets.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and AI specialists to enhance **interactive elements**.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to 3D asset integration.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Blender or 3ds Max** for modeling, texturing, and rendering.
- Strong understanding of **UV mapping, texturing, and material creation**.
- Experience with **asset optimization techniques** for performance efficiency.
- Knowledge of **architectural visualization** and real-world design principles.
- Experience with **Substance Painter or Photoshop** for texture creation is a plus.
- Familiarity with **Unreal Engine workflow** is a plus.
- Passion for creating immersive and interactive 3D experiences.
