**Qualifications**: Certificate/Diploma in Hairdressing or Cosmetology (preferred but not mandatory)

- Proficient in modern and classic haircutting techniques
- Skilled in beard trimming and shaping
- Knowledgeable in hair coloring and treatments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and precision

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair and grooming needs.
- Suggest suitable hairstyles and grooming techniques based on client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in barbering and hairdressing.
- Ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for clients.
- Handle cash and electronic payments efficiently.
- Upsell hair and grooming products to clients.
- Manage appointment schedules and handle walk-in clients.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barber
- Strong understanding of hair and scalp conditions
- Familiarity with sanitation and sterilization standards
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
