- Develop high-quality written content that effectively communicates complex ideas and concepts related to elections, governance, and public policy.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate representation of information and adherence to political party & Indian law guidelines.
- Conduct thorough research to gather relevant data and insights for creating informative and impactful content.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms and mediums.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide input into overall communication strategies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve audience engagement.
- Work independently as well as part of a dynamic team environment.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in journalism, communications, political science, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Telugu and English languages; proficiency in Hindi is preferred but not mandatory.
- Short writing for social media posts & engagement.
- Detailed writing for speech pointers.
- Latest social media trends.
- Strong writing skills with proven ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive copy.
- Excellent research abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital publishing tools such as WordPress, Canva, etc., is desirable.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and learn new technologies.
- Knowledge of political landscapes and current affairs.
- Passion for promoting democratic ideals and fostering positive change in society.
