Mis Trainee

Swain Aluminium Private Limited is looking for a **MIS Trainee** to assist with data management, report generation, and system maintenance. This role will provide hands-on experience in **Management Information Systems (MIS)**, supporting the team with data entry, report analysis, and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Management**: Assist in entering and organizing data for the MIS system.
- **Report Generation**: Support the creation of regular and ad-hoc business reports.
- **System Support**: Help maintain and troubleshoot MIS software and systems.
- **Collaboration**: Work with various departments to provide data insights and reports.
- **Learning**: Participate in on-the-job training to improve skills in MIS tools and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma; preference for degrees in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), basic understanding of MIS, and good analytical skills.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required, but internships in IT or data-related fields are a plus.
- **Traits**: Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and strong organizational skills.
