**Job Title: AVP - Information Security**
Location: Vikhroli West
Experience: 10+ years

Certifications: Mandatory (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and security audits to identify potential threats.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.).
Lead incident response and mitigation strategies for security breaches.
Oversee network security, endpoint protection, and data security protocols.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security measures into all projects.
Conduct security awareness training for employees.
Manage third-party risk assessments and vendor security compliance.

Skills & Requirements: Mandatory security certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
Experience in SIEM, firewall management, cloud security, and endpoint protection.
Hands-on experience with penetration testing, threat intelligence, and incident handling.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
