Nitrile glove manufacturing plant, in Tamilnadu, INDIA is looking to hire Head - HEATER OperationW (THERMIC FLUID HETAER)

Position : Head - HETAER OPERATIONS

Qualification : Diploma or degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering but not mandatory

Place of work : SIPCOT, Nilakottai, Dindigul Dt., TAMILNADU

Expected Experience:
Minimum of 7 years hands on working experience, out of which at least 3 years in managing the Heater operations

Knowledge about various heater source and supplier and able to make recommendations for new projects.

Sound knowledge of wood / coal / other fire fuels and able to make good judgements on which fuel to follow and associated merits and demerits

Sound in-depth technical knowledge of heater technical details such as coil design, temp control and overall technical management

Understand, operate, manage heater operators and fire personnel

Proper root cause analysis for each problem and corrective actions via proper systems

Through knowledge of government norms, mainly TNPCB

Quick learner, can do attitude and get the job done

Able to train people well

Team approach & lead by example

**Responsibilities**:
Full responsibility for entire Heater Operations such as

Technical aspects of all elements of the heater incl. oil properties etc.
Piping designs

Management of heater personnel
Receipt, inspect and optimum utilization of fire fuel and maintain data

Ensure, manufacturing operations is serviced with required heat levels without any interruptions

Study new projects and seek offers from various suppliers and types of heaters and make recommendations after proper analysis

Continuous improvements - Train and execute new standards / improvement projects based on data and demonstrate cost improvements over time

Hands on knowledge of compliance
Strict adherence to quality principles.

Practical experience and serious approach for housekeeping incl. 5S

Troubleshooting expertise with in-depth root cause analysis
