Should have the ability to handle complicated books and journals.
- Should have experience in template modification as per the design and stylesheet.
- Should have experience in both XML or non-XML workflow.
- Should possess knowledge in Stylesheet, Pagination Rules, Fonts, InDesign Preflight etc.
- Must have working knowledge in projects involving MathType.
- Familiarity with publishing formats such as ePub, XML, and PDF/X standards.
- Ability to handle complex book layouts, multi-column designs, and index generation.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight production deadlines.
- Should have experience in STM Books, academic, or legal publishing.

**Technical skills**
- Adobe InDesign
- MS word
