**Designation: Programme Executive**

**Working Days: Mon - Fri (2nd and 4th Sat off)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Program Expansion**:

- Identify opportunities for expanding the program to additional hospitals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase meal counts and reach more beneficiaries.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Foster and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and officers in the social welfare department.
- Collaborate closely with hospital authorities to facilitate program growth and address any concerns.

**Donor Experience Enhancement**:

- Work on strategies to enhance the experience for donors visiting hospitals during meal distribution.
- Provide regular updates to donors on the impact and progress of the program.

**Manpower Management**:

- Ensure adequate staffing levels in hospitals to efficiently serve meals to beneficiaries.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and well-being of the on-site teams involved in meal distribution.

**Hygiene and Timely Payments**:

- Monitor and enforce hygiene standards among food distribution staff.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of the distribution staff.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Public Health, Business Administration, etc.).
- Proven experience in program management with a focus on expansion and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of local healthcare systems, government processes, and social welfare programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
