**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Photography**: Capture high-quality product images for listings on e-commerce platforms like **Amazon**, **Flipkart**, **Myntra**, and others.
- **Studio Lighting**: Operate and manage studio lighting equipment to ensure optimal lighting conditions for each shoot, ensuring images meet platform requirements.
- **Product Setup**: Set up and position products creatively, ensuring they are presented in the most visually appealing way while maintaining the integrity of the product.
- **Background Setup**: Prepare and maintain appropriate backgrounds for product shoots, including seamless white backgrounds, reflective surfaces, and other set-ups as required by each platform.
- **Shoot Coordination**: Plan and execute photography sessions, ensuring all products are captured according to the shoot schedule and brand guidelines.
- **On-Location Shoots**: Occasionally manage product photography shoots outside the studio, handling product setup and lighting for a variety of environments.
- **Consistent Visual Standards**: Ensure that all product images are consistent in style, lighting, and composition across all product categories.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **product photography**, especially for **e-commerce platforms** like **Amazon**, **Flipkart**, and **Myntra**.
- Expertise in **studio lighting** techniques and equipment (e.g., softboxes, strobes, reflectors).
- Strong understanding of **e-commerce photography standards** such as white background, clean and clear product shots, and resolution requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple photography projects and work efficiently within tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently capture high-quality, accurate product images.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A creative eye for styling products and setting up visually appealing shoots.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **fashion**, **electronics**, or **home goods** product photography.
- Ability to handle product styling during shoots.
- Knowledge of different types of photography, including **flat lay** and **360-degree** product photography.
