Skills we look for
- Keen eye for _design & detail_
- Excellent _aesthetic sense_ (colours, elements, typography, frameworks, storyboarding, brand design, etc.) with a **_versatile mindset._**:

- Should be able to **_communicate design thinking as _**:

- A **_multitasker_** with an aim to increase efficiency with time
- Keeping abreast with _latest design trends_ (fonts, typography, colour palettes, elements, what works, what doesn't)
- Operational & executional understanding of _Adobe Creative Suite_ (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro while basic understanding of Indesign, XD, etc.).
- Understanding/knowledge of 3D design, UI/UX, HTML, Java, etc. is an add-on
- Deep understanding of motion graphics, animation, and videos with an _ability to translate an end-to-end visual route _
- **Keen researcher **to help guide the brand communication. A fresh and clean design sensibility at par with international standards
- _Agency / production house experience _preferred
- Takes responsibility and _ownership_
- Strong _collaboration & communication_ skills
- Have a strong understanding of **_brand design & brand building_** from a creative/graphic standpoint.

**What you will be required to do**:

- Help in defining, developing and executing **interactive design concepts **across different formats such as social media creatives, GIFs, videos, collateral design, brand communication and more
- Understanding & translating _client briefs_, and coming up with _unique ideas / concepts _with the team
- **_Guiding the team_** on creative visual direction
- Create quality design work while **_sticking to the deadlines_**:

- Visualise and execute **_storylines, storyboards, frameworks and end-to-end conceptualisation_** across video formats
- Demonstrate **_a passion for solving problems_** and participate in* _creative conceptualisation_* and **_brainstorming sessions_**:

- Welcome feedback and be flexible enough to blend your thought process according to the client/creative head/CEO etc

**Salary**: Up to ₹850,000.00 per year
