**Requirements**:

- Project planning
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Skilled negotiator
- Superior organizational skills, which include planning, scheduling, and controlling processes.
- Significant experience with budget preparation, budget adherence, and cost control.
- Expeditiously handles all project-related financial matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Managing Client relationships
- Technical knowledge of plant and equipment of hydro power
- Ability to bring autonomous groups together for common purpose.
- Multi-tasking and willing to help team members by going an extra mile
- Willingness to travel internationally (specifically to SEA countries)
