**Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist**

**The Role**:
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy across various social media platforms, including:

- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- YouTube
- Facebook

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and create high-quality, engaging content (written, visual, and video) tailored to each platform's specific audience and best practices.
- **Content Strategy**: Research and identify trending topics and industry insights to inform content creation. Develop a calendar to schedule and publish content consistently.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our social media communities across all platforms. This includes posting content, responding to comments and messages, and running social media contests and giveaways.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster conversations and brand loyalty through active community engagement on social media.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, and use data insights to optimize content strategy and identify areas for improvement.
- **Stay Informed**: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in content marketing or social media management
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective content across various formats (written, visual, and video)
- Strong understanding of social media best practices for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret social media data
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A passion for social media and content creation

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with influencer marketing
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop)
