**Core Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Management**:
- Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing financial reports and statements.
- Managing payroll processing and ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Handling bank reconciliations and managing petty cash.
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- **Human Resource Management**:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
- Handling employee relations issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Supporting performance management processes and facilitating training and development initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is often preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting and HR roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
