**Job Title: Finance Executive**

**Location**: Navi Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts, including bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and intercompany transactions. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures and provide variance analysis.
- **Transaction Management**: Oversee and process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and expense reporting. Ensure timely and accurate processing and recording of transactions.
- **Internal Controls**: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information. Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data and trends.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards. Prepare and file necessary tax returns and reports.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain detailed financial records and documentation. Prepare reports for management and external stakeholders as required.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to gather financial information, provide support, and address any financial concerns. Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
