Job Title: Store Manager - Subway

Location: [Rajarhat]

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 gross per month

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations:

- Manage daily store activities, including opening/closing procedures.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.

2. Sales and Customer Service:

- Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

3. Inventory Management:

- Control inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and optimize product availability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.

4. Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and develop store staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

5. Financial Management:

- Manage store expenses, including labor costs and inventory.
- Monitor sales reports and adjust strategies to meet targets.

6. Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to Subway brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain health and safety standards.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.

2. Experience: 2-3 years in retail/food service management.

3. Skills:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willing to work in Rotational shifts

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
