**Designation**:

- Buyer (Merchandising)

**Shift**:

- 9 AM to 5.30 PM

**Work Week**: 6 days with Sunday off.

**Location**:

- Jaipur

**Experience: 3 to 5 years**

**Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Industry**: FMCG/Retail

**Job Role**:

- Responsible for procurement of the assigned SKUs.
- Processes and documents for Procurement and maintain data for stocks levels and PO status.
- Obtain and analyse fill rate, OOS, in-transit stocks, lead time and delivery time TATs.
- Handling QC: Reporting issues; wrong items delivered, damaged goods etc.
- Smooth follow up with brand to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Ensuring timely disbursement of pay out by coordinating with concerned teams.
- Maintaining Inventory health; short expiry, damaged goods, slow moving stocks.
- Process RTV for non-moving SKUs.

**Desired Skills**:

- Good with excel formulas with basic understanding of forecasting.
- Proficiency in regional language along with Hindi & English.
