**Job Summary**:
Raigad Hospital & Research Centre, Karjat is seeking a skilled and compassionate **OT Technician** to join our dynamic team. The OT Technician will be responsible for ensuring that the operation theatre is set up and maintained in a sterile and safe environment. The role includes assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures, preparing instruments, and handling post-operative care for patients.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or equivalent.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an OT Technician in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Experience in assisting various types of surgeries is an advantage.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and sterile techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain calm and professionalism in high-stress situations.
- Knowledge of hospital infection control standards and safety protocols.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, shift-based.
- Must be available for on-call duties and weekend shifts as required.
- Exposure to medical procedures and handling of potentially hazardous materials.

**HOW TO APPLY**:
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
