**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
We are excited to welcome a multi-talented and creative individual to the team as a Videographer, Photographer, and Video & Photo Editor. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing stunning visuals through both videography and photography, as well as utilizing your editing skills to produce compelling video and photo content.

Your ability to blend artistic vision with technical expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visual storytelling across various platforms.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Videography and Photography**:

- Plan and execute video and photo shoots, including equipment setup, lighting arrangements, and composition.
- Capture high-quality video footage and photographs that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Utilize a range of cameras, lenses, and accessories to achieve the desired visual results.
- Adapt to different shooting environments and scenarios while maintaining consistent quality.

**Video and Photo Editing**:

- Edit and enhance video and photo content to create visually engaging narratives, using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Incorporate color correction, audio enhancement, and other post-production techniques to elevate the final output.
- Seamlessly integrate video and photo elements to create cohesive multimedia projects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and implement innovative editing ideas.

**Creative Conceptualization**:

- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals, target audience, and brand identity.
- Contribute creatively to the development of video and photo concepts that align with campaign objectives.
- Provide artistic direction during shoots to ensure the desired visual story is effectively captured.

**4. Equipment Management**:

- Maintain and manage videography and photography equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend equipment upgrades and improvements.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- A diverse portfolio showcasing proficiency in videography, photography, and video/photo editing.
- Demonstrated experience with videography and photography techniques, camera operation, and lighting setups.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, composition, and storytelling principles.
- Ability to edit video and photo content to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Solid knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and post-production processes.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Should have there own camera

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
