**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **SEO and SEM**: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings. Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) to drive traffic and conversions.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and voice.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow social media profiles, including creating schedules, writing posts, and analyzing performance metrics.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.) to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns, provide actionable insights, and create detailed reports for management.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Analyze user behavior and optimize website design, landing pages, and calls-to-action to increase conversions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design, content, and product teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned with business goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing platforms.
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus but not compulsory.

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing, including AI tools and emerging technologies.
