**Job Profile-**

We are currently seeking a highly talented and creative Motion Designer to join our team. As a Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in producing visually captivating designs, character animations, and illustrations that effectively communicate our brand's message and engage our target audience. We are looking for an individual with exceptional skills in motion graphics, animation, and illustration, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a high level of creativity.

**Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Collaborate with the design team and marketing team to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Create visually stunning motion graphics and character animations for various digital platforms, including videos, social media content, websites, and presentations.
- Focus on illustrating Relevant and visually pleasing illustrations, often translating complex technical information into clear and understandable visuals.
- Must have a profound understanding of visual storytelling to communicate messages effectively.
- Stay up to date on design trends and illustration techniques.
- Should be able to create entire Explainer video from 300 words of script.
- Be able to do sound design and Postproduction of rendered created motion design.

**Skill(s) required -**
- Proficiency in motion design, character animation, and illustration techniques, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in these areas.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of illustration and motion styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Illustrator or similar software.
- Excellent understanding of colour theory, composition, and visual design principles.
- Ability to translate written concepts into compelling visuals.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to overcome design challenges.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere Pro)
