Skill Set:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in API Automation testing
- Experience with Postman and JMeter tools
- Good at programming skill
- Knowledge in CI pipeline integration for test scripts/suites
- Should be able to work on Swagger / Open API contracts.

API automation tester's responsibilities would include:

- **Test design and execution**: Design and execute test cases to validate API functionality and performance.
- **API verification**: Verify API request results to ensure they meet requirements.
- **Bug identification and resolution**: Identify and log defects, and work with developers to resolve them.
- **API security**: Design and execute security tests to identify API endpoint vulnerabilities.
- **Test automation**: Develop and maintain automated test scripts, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- **Test result analysis**: Analyze test results and provide insights to improve API quality.
- **API testing tools**: Stay up to date with emerging API testing tools and methodologies.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams.
- **Mentoring**: Mentor junior testers on API automation best practices.
- **Agile ceremonies**: Participate in agile ceremonies to align testing efforts with development cycles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
