**Job Title**: Junior Business Development Manager (Fresher)

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000/month + Incentives

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Junior Business Development Managers (Freshers) to join our team in Delhi. As a Junior BDM, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and establishing strong client relationships. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research and market analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development activities.
- Engage in regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
- Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Personality**: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- A willingness to learn and grow in the business development field.
- Prior experience in sales or business development (Internship or part-time roles) will be a plus but not mandatory.
