JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities for CNC LATHE PROGRAMMER/SETTER/OPERATOR

Use verniers micrometers, snap gauges, bore gauges & allied measuring instruments.

Change tooling as needed

Help solve machining problems related to machine & Inspect parts per print specifications

Make adjustments to tooling as needed

Change the jaws and set up the program along with offsets for the job.

Help solve machining problems related to your machine

Help train and assist new operators

Keep the shop floor & machine organised and clean.

NOTE: PROGRAMMER IS EXPECTED TO MAKE PROGRAMS FOR NEW COMPONENTS AS PER THE DRAWING, AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.

Qualifications for CNC LATHE PROGRAMMER/SETTER/OPERATOR

Experience with precision measurement devices

Quality minded at all times

Ability to read, understand and interpret drawings.

Ability to calculate using fractions and decimals and identify radii required

Familiarity with cutting tools

Familiarity with required hand tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panvel, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- CNC lathe: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
