1.Technical Support to Supervisors, Service advisors& Technicians.

2.Analyze workshop profitability on monthly basis.

3.To update customers & our team for AMC & RECON product.

4.Maintain our spare parts inventory on monthly basis.

5.Analyze problems of vehicles.

6.To do the retro fitment as required.

7.Attend field Compliant, Troubleshooting & Action.

8. To do joint investigation with Customer, Resolve service and Warranty issues on field.

9. To do the Van campaigning and mechanics meet to promoting product.

10. Meet the fleet owner, retailer of local area for improving sales.

11. Support OEM Chanel Partners technician to resolve the major complaint.

12. Prepare and submit investigation report to Customer and Dealer.

13. Arrange Spare parts.

14. Conduct training program for New products for workshop staff

15. Checking technical specification of vehicle.

16. Update Service /Warranty record & maintain annual maintenance record.

17. Support plant Quality team for implementation in product quality.

18. Taking feedback from customers after sales/Service/Repair of vehicles

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandrapur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 7 years (preferred)
