**Job Description -**
- Preparation of purchase order & Tracking
- Manage the day-day purchase accounting, inventory and month-end closing activities
- Knowledge of TDS, GST compliance for processing the vendor invoices etc
- Timely and periodically Vendor and GL reconciliations
- He should have worked ERP, busy accounting packages and should be very proficient in excel
- Should possess Good Communication skills
- Maintaining the purchase-related documents and filling
- Material arrangement management in coordination with sales and service team
- Preparation of daily purchase report (quoted price & negotiated price)
- Preparation of MIS report and produce as and when required on weekly / monthly
- Review and approve shipments and documents from suppliers according to agreed terms
- Preparing of payments for Accounts Payable and all other matters related to the Accounts Department, resolve bank issues, bank reconciliation
- Preparing monthly creditors report
- Responsible for vendor souring activities for better price and better quality
- Arranging Vendor Statement and make reconciliation and documentation
- Arranging MSME Status of vendor and documentation periodically
- Import MIS and documentation
- Arranging all agreement of Vendor & Transporters and documentation
- Check and arrange pending purchase / freight invoices
- Communication with vendors for GST issues
- Checked unapproved PO and proper Po adjustment
- Preparation of Vendor form with KYC and manage complete details as per form and KYC
- Creation and updating of Purchase vendor masters information in system
- MIS for Item wise average purchase price / landed cost
- Other purchase MIS report as and when required

**Qualifications & Key Requirements -**
- MBA (Finance), M-Com, B-Com
- 05 & more years of working experience
- Proven experience especially in Chemical Industry.
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills and able to work with all levels of Management

**Compensation -**

As per the industry standard

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
