And in order to achieve this, you will need to do the following:

- goals, aspirations, and challenges.

**Provide personalized career guidance and counseling to individuals,**
- recommending suitable career paths and educational programs.

**Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and educational**
- programs to address inquiries and concerns.

**Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets, demonstrating**

consistent performance and contribution to team goals.

**Conduct thorough profiling and record student interactions and sales activities**

in the CRM system through detailed comments.

**Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge,**

counseling skills, and closure skills.

**These are the Skills/Qualifications that we are looking**

**for**:
**2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, career counseling, or a related role.**

**Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients.**

**Strong sales acumen with a consultative and empathetic approach.**

**Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting.**

**Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a high volume of client**

interactions.

**Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work collaboratively in a team**

environment.
