**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**New Dealer Agreement**:

- Prepare Dealer agreement based on the terms &condition received from branch, to get approval from NSH and send it to branches. Inform Accounts Dept for ledger creation in SAP.

**Additional order / Express orders** - get approval from NSH and forward to our Factory.

**Monthly Despatch Plan** - should collect from branches. Consolidated Despatch Plan is uploaded in SAP, Consolidated sheet has to be submitted to NSH.

**Rolling sales plan** - To collect from branches and do the Coordination and submit the same to NSH.

**Credit Limit Revision** - To give report of O/S details generated from SAP & to check cheque return details, Get Approval from NSH for Credit Limit Revision and inform IT dept update this in SAP.

**Monthly Collection Target ** - Prepare Collection target for branches and circulate to Branches after NSH’s approval.

**Reports** - KPI Reports consolidation for monthly review meeting.

**Sales Plan** - To collect from Branches.

**Discounts** - Maintain records of all approvals.

All records should be maintained properly.

11. Ready to do any kind of office work due to absence of somebody or emergency.

12. Job responsibilities may be changed or added or deleted to the above based on the circumstances prevailing at the time.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
