**Role Definition** - Looks after Stock & Stores.

**Responsibility Deliverable -**
- Checking all received mail from processing Lab
- Make PO, Send Monthly order to vendor
- Receive Material
- Mentioned received date on PO and keep all materials to particular storage
- Issued required material to all centre & processing lab & all entries done in register
- Follow up with vendor
- All bill receipt note & purchase entry done in tally
- Segregate all bill with PO & Filling
- Make PO in software.
- Received material entry done in software
- Issued material entry in software.
- Observed all dry stock in daily basis & give orders
- Attend vendor calls regarding payments & order.
- Daily reporting to reporting authority in prescribed format.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
