Are you a skilled Spanish speaker with a strong background in Sales & customer support? We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team that requires excellent Spanish language skills.

Position**:Spanish Language Expert**

**Location: Anantapur**

Type: Full-time

Shift Timing**:6.30 pm to 3.30 am**

As a Spanish Language Expert, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our organization's inbound & outbound sales and customer support. Your primary role will involve handling the calls and administrative tasks, data entry, document processing, and ensuring smooth communication between different departments within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting data entry and managing databases in both English and Spanish.
- Processing documents and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents in Spanish.
- Collaborating with team members to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
- Providing excellent customer service and support when required.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish languages is mandatory.
- Proven experience in back office work, administration, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
