We are expanding our team and looking for **Experienced Visa Counselors** and a **Receptionist** to join us.
1. Visa Counselors - Education Abroad (Canada | UK | Europe | USA | Australia)
**Role Expectations**:
- Guide students & parents through country-specific visa requirements, policies, and timelines.
- Maintain strong conversion ratios and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Build lasting relationships with students by offering the right career advice and options.
- Stay updated with latest visa regulations, immigration updates, and university guidelines.
**What We Expect**:
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in student visa counseling (Canada/UK/Europe/USA/Australia).
- Prior **ApplyBoard platform knowledge** will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality.
- Strong ability to counsel, convince, and close cases effectively.
- Target-driven mindset with passion to achieve numbers.
2. Receptionist
**Role Expectations**:
- Manage front desk operations, attend calls, greet and guide students/parents.
- Handle student walk-ins and ensure timely redirection to counselors.
- Maintain records, appointments, and provide administrative support.
- Act as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
**What We Expect**:
- Prior experience in education/overseas sector preferred.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality with client-handling attitude.
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
