**Objectives:

- **
- To increasing customer acquisition and revenue generation target by keeping organization competitive and innovative.
- Maximizing sales team's potential, building sales plan & justifying those plan to upper management.

**Key Activities:

- **
- Develop strategic sales plan for team to achieve targets.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design & implement strategic business plan that expends the company's customer base and ensure it’s a strong presence.
- Recruiting, objectives setting goal, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives.
- Build & promote strong, long lasting customer relationship by evaluate their needs and understanding their requirement.
- Present sales, revenue, profit & loss, expenses reports and really forecast to the management team.
- Should be fully aware of new products and market competition status.
- Attend business meeting with prospective clients.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable sale person
- Provide feedback and after sales support.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

**Skill Required:

- **
- Proven sale track record.
- Hands on knowledge on CRM, Excel or Google sheet is a plus.
- Knowledge about local/regional language is must.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Should have leadership & managerial skills.
- High networking & relationship management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
