As a Crew Member in our Health Greens, you will play crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the daily operations of the cafe. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, provide menu recommendations, and take orders accurately.

2. **Food Preparation**: Prepare and assemble a variety of health-conscious menu items, including salads, smoothies, wraps, and more, ensuring that they meet the cafe's quality standards.

3. **Beverage Crafting**: Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including smoothies, fresh juices, herbal teas, and specialty coffee or tea orders.

4. **Cash Handling**: Accurately handle cash and electronic payments, process transactions, and maintain an organized cash register.

5. **Cleaning and Sanitization**: Maintain a clean and sanitized cafe environment by regularly cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and utensils.

6. **Stock Management**: Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished. Assist with stocking and organizing products on shelves and in storage.

7. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth cafe operations, including communication of orders, cleanliness, and teamwork.

8. **Compliance**: Follow health and safety guidelines, food handling regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the foodservice industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling.
- Willingness to learn about health-focused menu items.
- Reliable and punctual.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Bend, stoop, and reach for items.
